Sparkling Wine is from the Champagne region of France. It is most often a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. It is made by the Methode Champenoise ( fermented in the bottle ), a costly and time-consuming process that gives the wine elegance and complexity.
